Measures to prevent phosphorus reversion include:
(1) tapping as much as possible to reduce slag when tapping;
(2) using alkaline lining to reduce slag alkalinity due to ladle erosion;
(3) investing a small amount into ladle during tapping Lime powder, thickened slag maintains alkalinity;
(4) When the tapping is completed, the residence time of molten steel in the ladle is minimized.
