In the first quarter, our country's three major coal-carrying ports, Huanghua Port, Qinhuangdao Port, and SDIC Caofeidian Port, completed a total coal throughput of 122 million tons, an increase of 27.44 million tons year-on-year, accounting for 66% of the coal launches in Bohai Rim ports during the same period. The coal throughput of Sangang ranks among the top three northern ports, winning the first quarter of coal transportation.

In the first quarter, with the rapid recovery of the domestic economy and the continuous heating period, the demand for thermal coal surged, and the number of days available for coal storage in some power plants fell to 7 days. The Bohai Rim port, which focuses on the launch of thermal coal, is incumbent. Huanghua Port, Qinhuangdao Port, and SDIC Caofeidian Port are the main supporting ports for Daqin Line, Shuohuang Line, and Mengji Line respectively. The three ports have conscientiously implemented the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission to ensure supply and price stability, and strengthen cooperation with mining, shipping, and power parties. Coordinate and contact, pay close attention to unloading trucks, increase yard storage; speed up cargo turnover, improve loading efficiency, and ensure the coal demand for electricity and other industries in coastal areas along the river.

Huanghua Port gives full play to the energy group's advantages in the integration of mining, road, port, electricity, oil, and transportation, overcomes many unfavorable factors such as the market and weather, and promotes the production organization to move toward refinement, intelligence, and cleanliness. Measures such as detailed daily loading and unloading plans, precise arrangement of ship turnover, and reasonable arrangements for empty ships to be berthed have improved the efficiency of coal loading and unloading, and the throughput ranks first in northern ports.

Qinhuangdao Port is market-oriented, improves the level of personalized and precise service, implements shipment plans on a ship-by-ship basis, determines incoming and dispatching conditions in advance, and maximizes the efficiency of unloading. Multi-party contracting of supply sources, combining production room deduction with deep excavation of equipment potential, reducing auxiliary operation time, creating an accurate and efficient coal blending operation brand, forming a new supply structure, and ensuring smooth transportation of thermal coal.

SDIC Caofeidian Port accurately analyzed and predicted in advance, relying on resource advantages such as excellent equipment, good technology, large storage yard, and fine coal blending, internal management, precise production plans, and cargo-cargo connection work to speed up coal turnover. Expanding the market, making all-out efforts to tackle hardships; carrying out customer visits, deepening mutual trust and cooperation, expanding customer resources such as chemicals, cement, etc., to ensure a steady increase in port traffic.

Entering April, economic recovery has accelerated and industrial power consumption has increased. The daily consumption of power plants in eight coastal provinces in my country has quickly rebounded to a high of 1.85 million tons; this corresponds to the low coal storage of some power plants. Before summer, it is necessary to increase inventory. . Therefore, the task of ensuring supply and price stability is still arduous. Bohai Rim Ports will continue to strengthen coordination and contact with coal mines, railways, users and other parties, scientifically dispatch and command, increase cargo sources, ensure shipping needs, and contribute to the protection of thermal coal transportation.
