US International Trade Commission makes a final ruling on double-anti-industrial damage to China's forged steel parts

On November 8, 2018, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted for affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping industry damage from Forged Steel Fittings imported from China and Italy, and countervailed for forged steel parts imported from mainland China. The industry damage is definitely final. In this ruling, five members of the International Trade Commission voted positive. According to the US International Trade Commission's affirmative ruling, the US Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping tax orders on products imported from China and Italy, and issue countervailing duty orders on products imported from mainland China. This case involves some products under the United States tariffs 7307.99.1000, 7307.99.3000, 7307.99.5045 and 7307.99.5060 and some products under tax numbers 7307.92.3010, 7307.92.3030, 7307.92.9000 and 7326.19.0010.
