How To continue to cooperate If Purchaser Are New One

Tianjin Xinyue Industry and Trade Co., Ltd are exporting steel products. It is also common for some projects to follow up for one or two years. It is also common to change purchase managers for old customers.
In the past, the cooperation with Tianjin Xinyue Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. did not mean that the new buyer would continue this relationship. Frankly, he must have his own old supplier, why should he insist on placing an order for you? Is there anything special reason with it? If not, it is reasonable to replace the others with a reliable supplier he trust. Therefore, when a new purchasing manager takes office, it is often the case that those projects will be re-released for sourcing and the suppliers will be re-cleaned.
So many issues are not so simple on the surface. It may be really simple or complicated, but these are not visible on the surface.
How do you deal with such things? The following is my personal experience.
Firstly, make concessions, Both payment methods and prices would make appropriate concessions, give the buyer a step, let him prove his ability on the company and give him a face.
Secondly, the full cooperation in the work, let him feel that you are really supportive of him, will give him the maximum support, but also let the other suppliers can not find a reasonable excuse to beat you or transfer orders.
Thirdly, strengthen private contact, establish a good personal communication channel, and even try to find out the true purpose of each other through communication.
