This is clearly reflected in our inventory orders with our regular customers in the Middle East. The customer will place his inventory orders to us every month, the products include LSAW (28 in-36 in), SMLS (3/8 in-28 in). From November 2018 to now, our company has delivered a total of 17 orders to customers perfectly, and has not received any customer complaint so far. The state of zero complaint is enough to prove the strict quality control of our company during the production process and before the delivery of the finished product.

When we receive the customer inquiry each time, we will carefully confirm every details about the quality of points in advance, such as: product size, standard and material grade, if there is more strict requirement than the standard requirement for tolerance (length tolerance, diameter tolerance, wall thickness tolerance, blunt edge of tolerance, etc.), black or vanish coating, bevel or plain end, plastic cap or iron ring protector, PVC packing or belt and so on. After the customer orders, each detail point will be marked on our production schedule and inspection list details. In case of quality inspection, the product can be inspected in the production process and finished products to meet customer requirements at any time.

After the goods are ready, our QC will carefully check each requirement of the customer according to the inspection list. After the inspection is qualified, we will arrange SGS or BV, a professional third party, to inspect the goods and offer the TPI report to the customer. Over the past few years, our products always have passed the third-party testing companies at one time. SGS and BV have given our company high evaluation.
