In July 19th, Xinyue received feedback from South American customers about the goods, which was slightly damaged due to wrong operation during transportation. The senior management of Xinyue attaches great importance to this feedback and responds to the email as soon as possible and gives a solution, but because it has caused a bad impact to the customer, the customer has not given feedback. After more than three months of pursuit, the customer finally accepted the solution and sent an inquiry to our company again.
The new inquiry is a bidding project. Our company provided customers with five price updates and program adjustments midway. Finally, in early April of this year, the customer finally placed this order with us.
