In mid-August of 2019, we received an inquiry from our Singapore customer. This customer we have been been working with each other for 4 years. Customer urgently needs to purchase 100 tons of scaffolding steel pipe as stock use for the city construction. After receiving the enquiry, we communicated with production department for the best production time, and arranged the production as soon as we receive the deposit. With the joint efforts of all departments of Xinyue Group, we finally completed the production within the delivery period requested by our customer. Customer is very satisfied with the fast delivery time and our service, and expressed his willing to continue the cooperation with Xinyue as a long-term partner.

At present, the products have been successfully shipped to Singapore. Considering of the requirements that customers need the best quality of the goods, our company communicated with freight forwarder and arrange a special reinforcement during container stuffing. Our customer was very satisfied with the container stuffing and expressed his willing to continue the cooperation with Xinyue Group.
