By the end of 2019, we received the demand from Malaysian customer for LSAW pipeline, with the standard API 5L X52 PLS2, Due to the urgency of the project, customer prefer stock materials. As a professional pipeline group company, Xinyue not only has very advanced production equipment and provides huge production capacity, but also has sufficient inventory and storage capacity. Xinyue warehouse under the group has a long-term reserve of about 30000 tons of steel pipes of various regular standards and sizes, especially in ERW, LSAW and SMLS have great advantages in inventory supply capacity.

For this order of pipelines urgently needed by our customer, we provided detailed quotation in time. The detailed MTC reflects the physical and chemical properties of the inventory pipes. After reviewing the technical documents provided by us, the customer approved quickly and signed the contract with Xinyue soon.

However, due to the virus situation, Malaysia began to implement the action prohibition order. During the lockdown time, we understand the difficulties of customer in operation the order, we actively communicated and cooperated with the customer, we solved the problems in transportation, payment, inspection with our client, and got the goof evaluation of customer satisfaction.

At the early May, the products have already been successfully collected at Tianjin port, and it is expected to reach the destination in two weeks. High-quality service has always been our mission, and it has inspired us in work.
