Last week, Xinyue just shipped a batch of seamless pipes and big size ERW pipe to our regular customer in Southeast Asia. The customer has cooperated with us for more than 4 years since 2017. Both the quality of pipes and the service of Xinyue have been highly praised by the customer and won a good reputation for the customer in the local market. After the contract was confirmed at the end of April, the tax rebate of steel pipes was suddenly canceled while waiting for the deposit. The 13% tax rebate is not a small amount. Based on the trust of the long-term friendly cooperation between the two sides and the active communication of Xinyue’s team, the customer immediately expressed his understanding and accepted the price increase. This order has a total of 36 items, although the specifications are varied from the small caliber of 26.7mm to the large diameter of 762MM welded pipe, but Xinyue has perfect deployment ability, and completed the production as scheduled within one month and passed the inspection smoothly. Now all the goods have been loaded on board and will arrive at the customer half a month later.
