In June 2020, Xinyue Steel received the inquiry from a Malaysian contractor for a 3.6m out diameter spiral pipe for tunnel construction. After the professional and efficient quotation and communication of Xinyue sales team, the customer finally placed this order to Xinyue Steel. This order is the first cooperation between the two parties, based on the rigor of the project, it’s very strict to the pipe quality, all the wall thickness of pipe, welding and listing openings must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the customer's drawings. We control the quality strictly according to the standard in the production process, and update the production schedule to customers in time. After more than one month's production, all steel pipes required by this order have been produced on time and in quality and pass the inspection smoothly.

The customer is very satisfied with our products and arranged the balance payment on the inspection day. It is expected that the goods will arrive at site by the end of August, other new projects are also under negotiation.
