It is one of the responsibilities of a supplier to make reasonable Suggestions to customers.No matter for the selection of steel materials in the project design, or for the requirements in production process in different types of projects, or whether the tolerance range of steel has an impact on the final use, Xinyue insists that every basic technical point can give the best solution to customer before the start of production.Recently, we delivered the section steel products ---H Beam ,to Vietnam for construction, because of the early communication with the customer, the understanding of the project, we gave the best advice on the delivery time, which not only saved the customer's storage cost, but also delivered to the project site on time.

In early 2018, we visited to the Vietnam market, during which we learned our customers' special requirements for the project delivery time. The customer had a preliminary trust in Xinyue, and began to maintain communication and negotiation with Xinyue on multiple projects. After giving customers more than one year service and quotation, finally received the customer's first PO at the end of September 2019. The product is H-beam and according to the customer's engineering needs, we provide customers with a wholesale distribution plan. The customer was satisfied and Xinyue start the production soon.

The first time the PO was received by the customer, the Xinyue logistics department booked the most recent direct ship to Ho Chi Minh, and successfully shipped the first batch of H-beams within one week. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the goods; then Xinyue According to the customer's engineering requirements, advise the customer on the best second wholesale shipping time, and smooth the shipment.

Customers are satisfied with Xinyue's product quality and service, and said that they will cooperate with Xinyue in more projects in 2020! Customers' recognition and affirmation is the greatest encouragement to Xinyue!
