In August 2017, our company received the first inquiry from a construction customer in Asia. Since the customer's pipes are used for structural purposes such as bridge construction, the customer attaches great importance to the performance of the pipes. Through discussion, our business team and technical staff gave the best price and scheme to the customer at the first time. From then on to March 2019, our company has received inquiries from customers for many times, and Xinyue has provided the same service as before, but without substantial progress and cooperation.

In March 2019, Xinyue again received a thousands of tons steel tubes inquiry from the customer(including RHS SHS tubes and ERW tubes), and said that the delivery date was urgent. We provided the projects list, delivery records, BL of similar cases of successful cooperation over the years, especially the stock tube photos to customers for reference. The customer acknowledged the data and inventory of our company. Meanwhile, they were very concerned about the technical problems caused by the damage of loading the tubes into containers. we suggest that the customer should be provided with a steel base and a sling, so as to avoid the problem of forklift forking the pipes directly. At the same time, we have provided some details of our illustrated steps for loading with sling to the customer, which has relieved the customer's concerns. The customer expressed his satisfaction and confirmed the PO on the same day. The LC copy was sent to us on the third day.

Now the goods are almost ready, we timely sent the customer MTC, product list and finished product photos, so that the customer could confirm the shipment as soon as possible, and we could arrange the shipment of this order accrodingly, to ensure the delivery date of the customer. The customer was very satisfied after seeing our product photos, and gave us the second and third orders in the second month, and said that they would continue to support Xinyue Steel and keep close cooperation.
