A Brief Introduction to Xinyue’s LSAW Steel Pipe Production Base

Xinyue LSAW steel pipe production base is located in Hebei, equipped with 3 JCOE double submerged-arc longitudinal welded production line and several roller welding production line, with a team of 328 workers, 58 senior engineers and technicians; Annual production capacity can reach 300,000 tons.

The LSAW production line has introduced with supreme quality-guarantee technique -- JCOE, can produce longitudinal submerged-arc welded steel pipe from outer diameter 355.6mm to 1828.8mm (14” - 72”), wall thickness from 8mm to 60mm under various standards like GB/T9711, GB 50205, API SPEC 5L, API 2B, EN 10210, EN 10219, EN 10208, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, ASTM A500, and etc. The roller welding line can produce straight seam roller pipe from diameter 355.6mm to 3800mm, wall thickness from 8mm to 120mm.

Installed with first-class laboratory of chemical composition analysis, metallurgical analysis, mechanical property and welding performance test, Xinyue can perform full set of experiments of raw material, finished pipe and welding under various standards.With the strong control and guarantee of the quality, the mill has successfully gained the certificate of API 5L PSL1/PSL2, API 2B, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001; and A1 license for manufacturing special equipment.
