At the beginning of December 2019, we received the budget inquiry of the Asia customer of spiral steel pipe. Due to the needs of the project, the customer has special requirement for the wall thickness. After confirming with the technical department and having a detailed understanding of the use status of the customer's project, we submitted the wall thickness that we can produce and apply to the customer's project. The final wall thickness was confirmed after the client and the construction department reviewed our proposal.

Due to the successful cooperation between the two parties, our customers are very satisfied with our products and services. In February 2020, the customer informed us that their purchase period had come to an end, the customer was quite satisfied with our price plan and signed a contract with our company soon.

When the production of this specification (426 * 5mm) started, it was difficult to form and weld due to the thin wall. According to the welding process designed earlier, and after continuous testing by technicians within the design data range, the welding plan and speed were finally confirmed.After completing the adjustment, the follow-up production was carried out smoothly in collaboration between the quality inspection personnel and the production personnel.

Figure 1 shows that the production line has been adjusted and the front-end test part has been removed. Picture 2 is the first steel pipe produced.

After the production is completed, our personnel in charge of export inspection will again inspect the products according to the contract requirements, arrange the delivery and packing when the products fully meet the contract requirements.

At present, the steel pipes have arrived at the customer port. It is only used for customer project construction after customs clearance completed. After this cooperation, we have closer contact with customers. customer have other projects in communication with us, and both parties are looking forward to the next cooperation.
