At the beginning of April, X65 piling pipe was on the way to New Zealand.

The relationship built between the customer and Xinyue was on September of 2020. The customer was confident with quality of products from Xinyue and indicated the cooperation intention after knowing the South America project, which is about 40 meters long piling pipe.

More inspections were required about X65 piling pipe, including RT, UT, etc. We have rich experience about piling project, difficulties of this order were on the ensuring the straightness of pipe, the quality and appearance after butt weld join. Xinyue has professionals in charge of different aspects. In order to ensure high quality, producing time and budget, our product department, technical department and inspection department cooperated with each other. Finally, all the products passed the third-party inspection successfully.

In order to save cost for the customer and ensure the quality of products, we use 3 sets reinforced steel wire rope with Dia 15mm to fix the nest package pipes with welded fixed steel plate together. The shipping company gave a high praise when they saw our reinforcement solution.
