Start from scratch, from 0 to 1 is often the most difficult thing. our customer is a Myanmar building material supplier, has been engaged in the field of architectural coatings. Based on the local market demand, they are ready to start the import of galvanized rectangular tubes.
At first, the customer's cognition of rectangular tube was not clear, the type of rectangular tube to be imported was not clear also, We accompanied with customer do research and exploration. The sales team, in combination with the document department, has integrated the data and experience which we exported to Myanmar, selected the specifications of galvanized rectangular tubes with good feedback from Myanmar market, also asked our customer to conduct lots of local market research. After eight times communication, spent more than three weeks, finally we selected 5 specifications of products and signed this PO.
The order execution coincides with the National Day holidays. In order not to affect the customer's project schedule, Xinyue all departments started in full swing after the order was finalized. The production period has also been reduced from 30 days to 20 days. All products produced before the holiday, the inspection also completed in the first week after the national holidays. Our logistical department confirmed the vessel in advance and completed the packing and delivery on time.
