In early October 2019, Xinyue received an oil casing pipe enquiry from our West Africa customers. After confirming the technical conditions in the afternoon, we checked and implemented the final material requirements, buckle types and length requirements with our customers. On the second day, the customer received our detailed quotation document, delivery schedule, and our production arrangement plan project. At the same time, we showed the customer the accumulated results of Xinyue's oil casing project. Customers are very satisfied and thankful for the support of our detailed technical and project documents.

In the second week, after five times adjustments to the specifications and quantity, the customer finally set the final quantity, and stated that Xinyue has been shortlisted for the final competition. Based on the changes in market raw materials and transportation costs, we updated the optimal plan to our customers in a timely manner, and always provided the latest market changes to our customers. At the end of November, we received good news from our customers. Xinyue successfully won the oil casing project.

In the end of December,2019, all goods will be produced on schedule and all will be issued before the Spring Festival. After receiving the product photos, the customer once again expressed his praise for the strength of Xinyue. Later, during the chat with the customer, he learned that the reason for the customer to decide to give us is that we have been updating the latest market trends to the customer and let the customer I feel that Xinyue is really considered for our customers, and our accumulated project experience has convinced customers that Xinyue can complete this batch of goods perfectly.
