At the end of February in 2020, China is in the forefront of the COVID-19 situation. Many factories are in the state of shutdown.

At that time, we received the inquiry from Kazakhstan's regular customer for the project of water transmission civil pipeline. This is the highest trust for Xinyue. The customer choose Xinyue due to our cooperated experience are very satisfying, and Xinyue will give back our partner with better products and services.

The product of the project is LSAW, Size 530 * 12mm water pipeline, standard GOST 10704-91 17G1C, Epoxy inner coating. Because of the nature of water delivery, involving people's livelihood safety, it undoubtedly puts forward the highest requirements for products, including raw material rolling, inspection, production inspection of steel pipe products to the coating. For many years of such project operation experience, we have a technical team familiar with product standard and a business team with absolute practical experience. The most difficult problem during the operation of this order was the timely supply of raw materials during the outbreak faced by the national steel industry at that time. Our company communicates with the steel plant through various methods to ensure that the customer's project will not be delay. Kazakhstan's people are proud of Xinyue's timely and safety drinking water pipeline, which is our best interpretation of "Build the World, Serve the Globe".

There is no doubt that China has contributed to the control and management for the COVID-19, and our resumption of production and work has been carried out in an orderly manner. But the epidemic is getting worse all over the world. In the stage of product shipment, the customer encountered difficulties in domestic opration. Xinyue made efforts to keep pace with the world epidemic situation with our motherland, we understand and support our customer in special situation, and worked together with customer to find solutions to related payment and shipment problems. The products was finally shipped in mid of May. Xinyue also began to provide research work for the second phase of the project.
