In October 2019, Xinyue received the inquiry for the pipe fittings of three containers from the new customer in Vietnam. The customer is a contractor and has very strict requirements on packaging, documents and quality. ITP,MTC, PMI and other documents are required for review, also,the ISO 14001 certificate is strongly required, Xinyue provided the best price and related documents at the first time.

After reviewing the documents, the customer expressed his wish to cooperate with us, and then confirmed the payment method. After receiving the letter of credit from the customer, xinyue always adheres to the principle of "best price, best quality, best delivery time and best service", prepares the raw materials to start production immediately, completes all the production within 3 weeks, and completes the packaging in strict accordance with the customer's requirements.

After receiving the photos of the completion and packaging of the bulk cargo, the customer is very satisfied, looking forward to receiving the cargo as soon as possible and hope for the next cooperation.
