On October 5, 2018, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice to make a third anti-dumping rapid sunset review of concrete reinforcement imported from China, Belarus, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine: If the current anti-dumping measures are lifted, China The dumping of products involved in Belarus, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine will continue or reoccur with the dumping margins of 133.00%, 114.53%, 71.01%, 16.99%, 232.86%, 52.07% and 41.69% respectively. The case involved products under the United States Harmonized Tariff Codes 7214.20.00, 7228.30.8050, 7222.11.0050, 7222.30.0000, 7228.60.6000 and 7228.20.1000.
On July 25, 2000, the US Department of Commerce issued an announcement to initiate anti-dumping investigations on concrete reinforcement imported from China, Austria, Belarus, Indonesia, Japan, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, South Korea, Russia, Ukraine and Venezuela. On September 7, 2001, the United States officially imposed anti-dumping duties on products involved in China, Belarus, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, South Korea and Ukraine. On June 1, 2018, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice to initiate a third anti-dumping sunset review investigation of concrete reinforcement imported from China, Belarus, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine.
