In the middle of January, I received a pipe fitting inquiry from an old customer in the Middle East, including elbow, Equal Tee and concentric reducer,the total amount is 38 tons. At that time,although we were in holiday for Chinese spring festival, we still gave the best price solution to the customer at once. The customer affirmed our attitude to deal with the inquiry in time. After the quotation, we always keep close communication for this project. However, coronavirus spread rapidly throughout the country during this period. On 1st,Feb, our customer expressed their concern about our epidemic situation and also showed their worry about our delivery time. To this end, we have provided a series of videos of the whole country fighting the epidemic together and the most comprehensive and strict prevention and control measures of the Chinese government. At last customer trust us and sent us a contract, and we received their deposit at the beginning of February.

At present, the coronavirus has been effectively controlled in China, and the factory has been fully restored to normal production. For this customer's contract, it is under production now and at the same time we will guarantee quality strictly. For the delivery time, we will complete the inspection and shipment smoothly before 7th,March.
