Treat Alibaba customers seriously

In August, I searched the RFQ inquiry from the Saudi Arabian customer, I simply quoted the price on Alibaba at the first time and attached the follow-up contact email and off line methods.
Then received the detail inquiry email from customer side immediately, it is 14pcs 32 INCH, SCH-40, 6 MTR, ASTM A106 LSAW, delivery to Dammam. Considering the inquiry comes from Alibaba, that must be very competitive, so I add customer’s online chat method, and realized the project status and background, get that delivery time and price is the most important points for customer, so we provided two proposal for customer reference, one is stock option with short delivery time, another is customize option with workable price and long time delivery.
Now the project is under negotiation and we will do our best to get this order.
