In mid-March 2021, Xinyue received an urgent email from an old customer in South Africa，who was asking if Xinyue have their required pipe fitting stock. After communicating with the customer, Xinyue learned that they have customized a batch of machines in China. Due to the change of design drawings, this batch of stock pipe fittings is urgently needed. Workers in the factory are waiting for these pipe fittings to arrive for welding.

Xinyue checked the inventory at the first time after communicate with customer. When we find out we did have the stock pipe fittings our customer required, we provided our customer with a fastest plan to operate the order through domestic trade. On the second day after our customer sent the inquiry, we signed a contract with the Chinese partner appointed by our customer. On the third day, we have prepared the goods according to the customer's requirements and waited for the third party arranged by the customer to come and inspect it.

When we sent the photos of the goods to the customer, the customer always emphasized that our speed and service completely exceeded his expectations. This is Xinyue Steel, for Xinyue Steel there is no best, only better.
