Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group to ADIPEC
Oct. 29, 2018
The first exhibition of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Expo (ADIPEC) in 1984 has grown into the largest and most influential professional exhibition in the Middle East, and the oil & gas exhibition in the Middle East, Africa and the Asian subcontinent. It is also the third largest oil exhibition in the world, showing the world's latest products, technologies and services in the oil and gas field. The Abu Dhabi Oil Show has been held for two years since it was held in 1984. From 2013 to the year, the number of exhibitors and the number of exhibitors has been increasing. The 21st Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Expo (ADIPEC) was held at the National Exhibition Center in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates on November 12, 2018. Open to the public.
The UAE has the third largest oil reserves in the world, second only to Saudi Arabia and Iraq. The government uses oil revenues to build infrastructure, improve the business environment, and turn it into a world economic and trade center. The UAE's domestic consumer goods are almost entirely dependent on imports; at the same time, the government is actively developing export re-exports to the surrounding Gulf regions and African countries, with a population of 1.3 billion.
OPEC's share of the global crude oil market in 2020 will reach 57.3%, and the Middle East countries will spend billions of dollars each year on oil exploration, production, refining, equipment maintenance, and investment in new oil and gas projects. According to statistics, the oil-producing countries in the Middle East such as the United Arab Emirates must invest 950 billion US dollars in the next few years to maintain and expand their oil production.
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company continues to increase its investment in the oil sector, and plans to increase its daily crude oil capacity from the current 2.3 million barrels to 3 million barrels. The large investment in oil and natural gas puts higher demands on related equipment and technology. The stable trade relationship between China and the United Arab Emirates and the price/performance advantage of China's oil and gas products will enable Chinese companies to have a broad market in Abu Dhabi. The bilateral trade volume between China and the Gulf countries exceeds 150 billion U.S. dollars, with an annual growth rate of 15%. China is already the second largest trading partner of the UAE.
