The third is to establish a special law enforcement mechanism for irregular, regular “Gibber Steel” to further increase the inspection frequency and intensity of steel products in the steel market and construction site; establish a working mechanism for the investigation of counterfeit and inferior steel products, and identify sources, flows, and enterprises. Personnel, quantity, and guarantee that all cases are thoroughly investigated.

At the same time, Tianjin will also strengthen the reporting and reward mechanism, raising the reported amount of award from 10,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan. Once the report clues have been verified, they will be redeemed by the districts in accordance with the procedures, so as to give full play to the role of public participation and social supervision mechanisms.
