Since the cooperation in 2017, our regular American customer have maintained good communication with Xinyue Steel. In recent years, the Chinese government has adhered to the "green and balanced trade development strategy". With the changes in the bilateral trade development strategy, this year, we once again ushered in both sides Three times of re-order cooperation.

This project is mainly for structural steel pipes, with material ASTM A500 GRADE B. The length of the pipes is very strict and complex, ranging from 1 meter to 15 meters, and almost a single pipe is only with one pipe quantity. The wall thickness ranges from 9.53mm-50.8mm. Most of the specifications are thick-wall welded pipes. Compared with the conventional wall thickness, it is almost beyond the domestic production limit. In order to meet the needs of customers, we took the initiative to propose a seamless steel pipe replacement plan: 610*50.8mm thick wall thickness solution, which was highly appreciated by customers. Xinyue breaks through the limit of wall thickness once again in operation.

From raw materials, production to shipment, a third party is arranged to supervise the manufacturing process. And provide WPS, PQR, welding wire, flux, raw material material list and other documents review, welding production quality strict control. In order to ensure perfect delivery, our company proactively added 100% UT inspection requirements to ensure that the welds are free of defects and omissions. The production technology department strictly implements it! All steel pipes are produced within the delivery period!

Based on the current global port congestion situation, there are basically no bulk vessels to the United States. To meet the urgent needs of customers, the logistics department of Xinyue actively coordinated customers, shipowners and various loading and unloading ports, and successfully coordinated the almost impossible to change distribution. Loading plan, smoothly shipped out of the port!
