Xinyue received an inquiry from a Uruguay customer in mid-October, 2019. We contact with customer directly after receiving the order and confirm the products specification and technical requirements with them. After fully understanding customer’s requirements, we send the quotation to client on the same day. The client is very satisfied with our professional and effective service.

This is the first business between both side. Therefore, he still has doubts about our production capacity and quality control ability. We offer to provide the MTC, test record and Inspection Test Plan to client. We also provide fast and professional answers to client's questions. In order to achieve further cooperation, we prepare the pipe sample and send the them to customer as required positively.

After receiving the sample, the customer has arranged various physical and chemical properties inspections and other processing inspections, and the inspection results fully meet the engineering requirements. Then the customer issues the PO to us and start our corporation formally.

It's worth mentioning that we will arrange QC staff to do the shipping inspection for every order, in order to guarantee the quality and quantity. Our freight forwarders have very rich packing experiences to ensure that the appearance of the product will not be damaged during packing. The customer highly appraised the rigorous work attitude of our team and plan to place 2020 purchasing orders to us.
