Tianjin Xinyue participate in southern Asia Daraa city foundation for the first time,We get the first phase of the bidding for hot dipped galvanized seamless pipe with couplings.Tshese pipes will be used for drinking water transmission at pressure on or around 50 bar, the pipes length will be 5.85 meters in order to fit 20ft containers.Meanwhile,the client provide special chemical composition and tensile strength requirements.One more thing,the project require the surface of galvanized coating 400 g/m2 at least, Threaded and coupling have special standard and specification.After a discussion meeting with raw material department,technical department and producing department,finally we confirm to meet the detailed requirements from the end user.Right now the pipes production is in order.The production is expected to finish in the middle of December.The transit time is around 35 days by sea,the pipes will arrive the worksite. Taking this opportunity, Xinyue will also take part in the more urban construction to build the countries,follow the One Belt And One Road spirit, and pursue the great mission of xinyue to “build the world and serve the globe”.

We delivered the first batch drinking water pipes, we got very good reputation from the customer about the product quality.The second order was awarded last week with specifications 114.3 galvanized steel pipe and 273 size black paint on steel pipe,which will be used for city reconstruction project.this batch of steel pipes are from inventory delivery, only for 7 days for product ready.Right now we have already finished production, and arranged to ship to tianjin port container yard.The ETD will be on January 9 to Asia. The quality is strictly controlled before shipment, and the finished products are tested based on specifications, wall thickness, length and the thickness of galvanized coating to ensure that they fully meet the requirements of customers.
