Thanks for customer's patient during the Corona Virus time
Mar. 18, 2020
In December last year, we received an inquiry from a long-term Southeast Asian customer for 320 tons of large straight seams. The delivery date was originally agreed to be delivered in mid-February. Due to the epidemic, the steel mill delayed resumption, and the raw materials could not arrive at the steel plant for production as scheduled, resulting in a serious delivery period. The extension was postponed, and the customer itself was very anxious to wait for the steel pipe to start the project. In this way, the original plan of the construction party was disrupted. As a supplier, when it encountered such force majeure factors, it could only explain to the customer patiently and apply from the CCPIT. When the force majeure factor proves,
The customer is also aware of the new coronary epidemic situation in China from all aspects. Although the plan was disrupted, they finally expressed understanding. At the same time, we kept very close contact with the customer and kept updating progress at all times. Basically, we updated the progress every day. After the steel plant was approved for resumption of work, we started to deliver in batches in early March.
All shipments were finally scheduled for mid-March.
There is a saying in China that when you are in trouble, you can see the truth. It is not easy to win customers trust, and we are very grateful for them. I think it is because of the spirit of sincere cooperation that Xinyue people can win the trust of new and old customers over and over again. We will continue to move in this direction steadfastly in the future and hope to serve our customers well.
