At the end of August 2020, Xinyue once again received an order from Singapore's regular customers to purchase hot-dip galvanized scaffold steel pipes. We immediately contacted the production department to communicate the production schedule and arrange the production. During this period, the galvanizing plant responded to the government's environmental protection policy and made a decision to reduce production. In order to ensure the delivery time, we allocated the resources of other cooperative plants as soon as possible, and completed the galvanizing processing of this batch as scheduled.

At present, the order goods have been packed in the port. Considering the possible wear and tear of zinc coating during transportation, we have made corresponding reinforcement and protection during packing. We will actively cooperate and put forward reasonable suggestions for the customers' requirements. Our marketing department will also provide regular after-sales service and follow-up visits to customers.

Customer satisfaction is our goal, is the driving force of our progress and the premise of cooperation again. Such a cycle is what we expect, and what we strive for unremittingly.
