At the beginning of May 2020, One new Colombia customer who is a well-known manufacturer of pipe fittings. Through the introduction of local peers, contacted Xinyue about the planing to expand the galvanized pipe business beyond the production scope to improve the product system.Customer is lack of such professional knowledge and hope Xinyue could provide qualified products to support the business also support a complete set of training,including the knowledge and application of the product.
We started from the local actual demand research, to product knowledge, production process, application characteristics and other aspects with customers to conduct a comprehensive study and research. After the completion of the preliminary learning stage, the first batch of products ordered and shipped to the customer warehouse.
According to the customer's e-mail feedback, due to the preliminary investigation and good publicity work, all the products have been pre-sale in the local area. The customer has successfully in the first step to expand the galvanized pipe business. Xinyue has also obtained a growing customer partner, Xinyue's products have increased market share in Colombia.
