At the beginning of November, Xinyue received an enquiry about LSAW piling pipe EN10210 DN500 / DN750 total 370MT for Residential Foundation Pile Project from our existing Singapore customer. The customer needed our best support to help them win this local foundation pile project by most competitive price & high quality control & fast delivery time. Start from the first cooperation with us in 2017, Xinyue became a fixed quality supplier & reliable partner for this customer. The customer had been awarded many good piling projects through our efforts and supports.

Because EN10210 standard is rare used in LSAW process, we offered our professional advice about the difference of process & cost between EN10219 & EN10210 two standards. After re-discussed with their engineer team , the end user chose EN10219 standard finally. Xinyue Steel Sales rapidly offered our best price based on Top one mill quality with detailed delivery schedule. We suggested customer that we can finish the production and ship all pipes before end of Dec to meet their delivery requirement if place the order before the end of Nov. During the bidding period, the end user had changed the specific unit length several times, to suit for their actual use and loading method, Xinyue offered our high-efficient service and response all the time.

Eventually, customer had been awarded this project last week, were highly appreciated the professional and reliable help from Xinyue Steel, and the PO came to Xinyue as scheduled. To shorten the EXW time and offer better delivery time, we’ve booked the feed material of steel plates in advance of receiving the original LC. Now the production of LSAW are in full swing, the shipment will be arranged around the end of Dec as our schedule.
