At 2019 fair, we have first short meeting with customers . the customers’ schedule time was very tight. However, they were very interested in our steel pipe exhibits. After a brief communication, we exchanged business cards.

The Customer mainly serves the South America local coal mining company. It owns a processing and welding factory , importing steel pipe and fittings from various countries for further processing to the owner.

After the customer go back, we have been kept closed communication online, promoting new products and technologies. During those times, we have provided 18 quotations, 8 project technical consulting services, and more than 100 emails . In the current severe epidemic situation, customers have a high think of Xinyue's quality and service, and accepted Xinyue as their company's new steel pipe supplier. In mid-April, We signed a trial order .

API5L standard ， Steel grade GRB, steel pipe diameters range from 12 inch to 24 inch. Those pipes need further processing.
