At the beginning of 2020, Xinyue project team made great efforts to bid for the 2600 ton project of 22.5m anti-corrosion pile pipe. During the bidding process, it shared the delivery records and project data of long pile pipe in the past, and provided complete data from raw material procurement, production operation, technical control, anti-corrosion coating, inspection control, transportation capacity, and wharf shipping, which eliminated the customers' worries and doubts, It stands out among many Chinese suppliers and even beats the suppliers from other countries. Before signing the contract, the customer visited Xinyue's steel pipe mill and anti-corrosion mill, and the customer deeply recognized the production capacity of Xinyue. Finally, Xinyue successfully won 2600 tons of pile pipe project.

It is mainly aimed at the technical requirements of steel pipe and anti-corrosion, from the brief introduction of the project to the details of steel pipe raw material, production, inspection, port collection, shipment, etc., all of which are discussed in the kick of meeting, aim to successfully complete the project.

At present, steel pipe and anti-corrosion are in hot production, but the international brand paint Carboline factory has clear requirements for the construction and production environment, which temperature should not be lower than 10 degrees. As the temperature in Tianjin gradually becomes cold, the temperature is only a few degrees in November. This is a great challenge for Xinyue, just like a bolt from the blue. However, Xinyue people have the spirit of never flinching back, so they can only stick to the spirit and brainstorm ideas Try to solve the difficulties and finish the goods in time.
