Through the cooperation of Tianjin Xinyue's technical team and customers' communication, Tianjin Xinyue won this batch trial order. As this batch rectangular tube orders are used for mechanical equipment, customers have special strict requirements on mechanical properties.

The surface of square hollow section needs to painted with galvanize, and the pipes should be cut into 900mm length, our customer is very strict with pipe length tolerance, which should be plus of minus 3mm. In order to get better control of pipe length tolerance, we need to cut pipes one piece by one piece, and this with cause the increase of our cost. To meet customer’s requirement and serve our customer better, we decide to make it by our best regardless of our extra cost, so that we can meet our customer’s technical requirement and establish a long term business partnership.

The customer requires that the internal welding reinforcement must be removed. In order to ensure that the welding reinforcement of each steel pipe is removed well, we require the workers to remove the welding reinforcement one by one. In order to keep a long term relationship with the customer, Tianjin Xinyue voluntarily takes more labor and time to meet the requirements of customers, so as to meet the requirements of customers.
