In 2019, we received an inquiry for pile pipes from new client in Southeast Asia. The project is still in the design stage when we receive the inquiry, and the estimated procurement time is in the first quarter of 2020. Although the purchase is after 6 months, we still carefully reviewed the details of the inquiry to provide customers with the best arrival plan. Half a year after submitting the quotation, we have been in touch with customers, and customers are also happy to inform us of various design changes and feedback from each round of bidding. Through continuous efforts of both parties, we finally won the project in early 2020. The contract was signed at the end of January. The estimated delivery time is mid-March.

After the epidemic, Xinyue quickly started production and successfully caught up with the shipping ships in the middle and late March. In this production, customers require raw materials to be purchased according to the EN10215 standard, and production is carried out according to the EN10219 standard. After the signing of the contract, the customer sent new information, which requires that the production of steel pipes meet the EN10219 standard, and the diameter and wall thickness control must also meet the local structural pipe standards. Therefore, we must be more strict to control the production of this batch of steel pipes.

For the first cooperation, the customer was very cautious and invited a third-party testing agency to inspect the steel pipe after the production was completed. Test items include: wall thickness and length control, groove conditions, chemical composition analysis and mechanical properties, etc.

Through 8 months of understanding and communication, customers are very satisfied with Xinyue's production speed, quality control, and on-time delivery.

At present, there are still ten days before the goods arrive at destination port The customer has already made preparations for receiving the goods in advance, and said that he will send us some construction photos. At the same time, customers are also bidding for two other pile-pipe projects.
