According to Lu Yong, the China Railway Taiyuan Bureau ensures that the average daily loading of electric coal (including containers) is more than 19,500 vehicles, and focuses on increasing the supply of power plants with less than 7 days of inventory and long-term contracts of electric coal. At the same time, the loading structure is adjusted to ensure the supply of coal, and the support for empty vehicles is increased. In late October, 10,000 vehicles will be emptied, and 11,000 vehicles will be emptied in early November.
