At the beginning of 2018, Xinyue received the first order of ERW steel pipe from our regular customer in Africa, and then cooperated with the pipe fittings and fire-fighting grooved pipes for several times. The customer has been very satisfied with the products after receiving them.

The order for valves was placed in October 2019. We provided a batch of grooved open-stem gate valves to the customer. After receiving the goods, the customer said that they were the best valve products with favorable price he had ever bought so far. Another order for valves was placed in December again, which need to be delivered after the Chinese New Year in 2020. When we received the new order, we arranged the production as soon as possible and finished the production before the Spring Festival holiday. We even booked the shipping space after the holiday ahead and planned to deliver the goods once back from the New Year holiday. but, the Spring Festival holiday happened to coincide with the epidemic period, so all the shipping was tight, and we waited for more than a month but could not arrange the shipping space successfully. Based on years of cooperation, the customer understands this, but says that the project is in urgent need of this product, and hopes that we can help to ship the product as soon as possible.

In order to meet the customer's needs and not delay the progress of the customer's project, Xinyue, believing in service first, sent all the freight forwarders to find the shipping space, and finally booked the flight space within two days. The customer show their highly appreciated thanks to after hearing the good news and confirmed to deliver the goods as soon as possible by air.
