In late January 2021, we received the galvanized coil inquiry from UAE regular customer, in the previous three years at this time of year, the customer will purchase the galvanized coil of 1200 mm width, Xinyue always give customers the best price in time, the client included an additional specification of 1250 mm width this time. Due to the urgent delivery, we submit the option for 1250 mm coil from stock, and 1200 mm production time is about 20 days. Because of years of tacit cooperation and trust, there is no bargaining process, and the customer confirms the order the next day after receiving the price.

Although the order is only 120 tons, but no matter bulk or small quantity for the order, Xinyue always gives priority to service and customers first. We actively verify the technical requirements with customers and arrange production immediately. February was the Spring Festival holiday in China, so we immediately booked and shipped 1250MM galvanized coil to the customer after rework. Now the goods have been loaded on board and are expected to arrive at the customer 30 days later, so as to meet the customer's urgent need. The production and inspection of the remaining goods were also completed as scheduled in early March, and the finally delivered smoothly.
