Precision steel pipe need more advanced technology, so it just been applied in recent years. Also from the spelling, we can see that there will be much less tolerance for precision steel pipe, this includes OD tolerance, WT tolerance, roundness tolerance, length tolerance, weight tolerance, etc.

Cold drawn precision steel pipe features:

1. Complicated cross section.

2. Accurate precision and good surface quality.

3. MOQ is much less than normal carbon steel pipes.

4. OD will be smaller.

Generally speaking, for small OD with strict tolerance range, it would be better if we choose to go by precision steel pipe, especially for industrial steel pipe or steel pipes used for machines.
