At the end of August 2019, Xinyue received the inquiry from the Hong Kong boiler supplier about ASTM A335 P11 seamless pipes and pipe fittings. Knowing that the terminal of this project is the Indonesian government, which high requirements in quality and technical, Xinyue organized the technology, production and business teams at the first time, providing customers with a comprehensive and competitive solution. After nearly two months of technical proposal modification and negotiation, both parties signed the first batch of orders for complete pipe fittings of the project in early November.

P11 boiler pipe needs 100% heat treatment, which has higher requirements on technology and delivery date.During the production process,Xinyue strictly implements high standards and strict requirements. At the end of November, the end customer inspection was also welcomed. The customer successively inspected Xinyue pipe factory, pipe fitting factory and related products prduction line, also inspected the finished products.the client very satisfied with the products and services of Xinyue team. During the two-week inspection period, we have signed the orders for the second batch and the third batch of pipe fittings and valves.

The total order includes hundreds of products, which are planned to be transported in three batches, and all products will be delivered years ago. At the beginning of December, the first and second batch of pipe fittings have been shipped. At present, the remaining order products are also in overtime production, urgent customer projects, Xinyue adheres to customer first, will strictly control the quality and delivery time, deliver satisfactory products on time, and establish long-term cooperation.
