During the Canton fair in April, XINYUE STEEL receipted a contractor from Philippine, they are looking for steel pipe supplier for Government project-Portable water project.

After communicated with the customer, we noted that they need spiral steel pipe with drink water grade coating, which is our main products and superiority products as well. Then we showed to the customer for our project list, and also showed them for some projects we have offered to Philippine market, customer expressed great interest and send the required specification details to us immediately.

During submitting quotation, as the project owner required liquid epoxy coating on the external and internal surface, but as the liquid epoxy is heavy pollution coating ,this would lead to longer delivery time. Based on our exporting experience, we recommended external surface with 3LPE and internal FBE coating instead, as this could have better delivery time and coating cost is lower. According to customer, they are not familiar with FBE coating, then we introduced the composition of coating materials and production processing to the customer, also helped them to make a comparing of liquid epoxy and FBE as well. At last, we submitted 2 options for customer to choose.

After several submitting quotation, customer pointed out that they need to perform TPI factory in advance, and they appointed the third party inspection company to come to our factory. The third party inspectors spent 2 days to inspect XINYUE spiral steel pipe mill and coating mill as well, he have TPI for all documents for certificates, equipment list, quality management and so on, also take around factory as well. The third party inspector give the approval score for both mills. The contractor was satisfied with the inspection result, also expressed to look forward to a win-win cooperation partnership in the near future.
