At the end of March 2021, Xinyue received the inquiry for thick wall pipe from old customer. Most of the dimensions of the inquiry are small diameter and thick wall thickness. The thickest wall thickness reaches 50.8mm, but the outer diameter is only 609.6mm. Under normal circumstances, this dimension is more suitable for seamless steel pipe. However, in order to save project cost, customer prefer to make welded steel pipe, but the outer diameter of welded pipe is small and the wall is thick, It was a challenge for Xinyue. At the first time after receiving the initial inquiry, Xinyue's spirit of not fearing difficulties drove us to try our best to hold many meetings with the technical team to overcome the difficulties, and finally won the order for 200 tons of thick wall welded pipe.

In addition to the thick wall, the project has miscellaneous dimensions, disordered length and small number of single pieces. In order to better serve customer at a high cost, we have never raised any objection to them. As long as we can achieve it, we will try our best to meet the needs of customers. From raw materials to finished products, the third party supervises the whole process, and each step is accepted in strict accordance with ITP and MPS. UT flaw detection is not proposed in the customer's Po, but in order to ensure that the weld quality is qualified, Xinyue has arranged laboratory flaw detection to ensure that each butt weld is qualified. Because all the products of Xinyue are qualified, we can cooperate for a long time.
