As a manufacturer and supplier with rich experience of project construction and pipeline solutions, Xinyue’s products have been covering four basic types of steel tubes (spiral, straight welding seam, seamless and rectangular tubes), but it is still expanding new pipeline fittings and new product categories. The PTFE Coated bolts and nuts that match with the flange are one of them.

Since the beginning of 2020, Xinyue has supplied several successful cases of PTFE bolts & nuts to Africa, Australia and other markets. From the initial mill selection and sampling to the final inspection and supply, Xinyue carefully checks and selects the best factory for customers for cooperation, and adheres to the quality creed, insists on 100% inspection to supply qualified products.

In addition to receiving favorable comments from the end users, there are also new customers coming to invite us to participate in the new projects, among which there are a large number of flanges and matched PTFE bolts and nuts. This new African customer did not consider to purchase bolts from China in recent years due to they had purchased the bolts which didn’t meet their QA requirements from China several years ago. Until one of their EPC friend recommended our company and provided samples for their reference. At the same time, we also provided them with third-party inspection report of previous products, the product photos produced and supplying records. In the end, the customer expressed his confidence in the quality, also felt satisfied with the delivery date and price, then sent the PO for the first trial order shortly.

With the tacit cooperation of Production, quality control and inspection departments of Xinyue, the products were successfully produced and 100% qualified in inspection. Xinyue sales showed a series of photos and documents from production - inspection - packaging - loading- shipping to the customers at the first time, and well completed the delivery of this trial order.
