Even though you communicated well yesterday,and the customer had the intention to purchase.But the next day, the customer disappeared.At this point, some thoughts may flash. "I do not know what I did wrong, the customer ignored me."Until after a long period of time, the customer responded to the message saying that he was having vacation.then you knew the reason.
In the three months from July to September, the mail reply rate is lower than usual. This is because importers in many European countries like to travel from July to September, calling it "high temperature holiday".
Although this situation is not absolute, but as a professional Xinyue People, we also need to keep up with the pace of the times and know some of the holiday arrangements abroad. I believe that it is beneficial to the development of the work.

Germany: 7.8.9 month rotation
France: the last week of July to August, almost full holiday
Italy: August 1st to September 3rd
Poland: from the beginning of July to the end of July
Netherlands: early July to early August
Belgium: from mid-July to early August
Czech Republic:from the beginning of July to theend of August (rounded off, July12 toAugust 8)
Norway: July to September rotation (generally July 14 to September 1)
Spain: July 7th to August 4th
Portugal: July 14 to July 27
Switzerland: from the beginning of July to the end of July

1. Confirm the time of the holiday for the customer to arrange the work accordingly.
2. Let the customer leave a contact that can be found at any time, because there will always be one or the other accidents during the process of goods production and order fulfillment,and you have to confirm with them personally.
3. Before the European customer takes a vacation, make sure to confirm the order and shipping details with customers one by one to avoid delaying production and delivery ,as the customer may not answer the work call and reply to the work email during vacations.
4. Try to convince the customer to place an order before the holiday. When he finishes the holiday, the production is nearing completion or finished.
However, it should be noted that the low season of foreign trade is a relative concept. The holiday arrangement is mainly for enterprises in the European market. For the Americas, Africa and Asian countries, July and August are normal sales seasons.
