Xinyue Steel Group began to bid for Nigeria's AMNI ASSET WEST PROJECT in June, 2017, we provide professional technology and documents to support clients.Through our best efforts of Xinyue ,finally we win the AMNI ASSET WEST PROJECT of pipeline 2300 tons in April 2018.

AMNI is developing the AAWT field approximately 11 km from the MOPU. This development includes a 12” production pipeline from new AAWT platform to the existing IMA platform and a 4”· Gas pipeline from IMA platform to the AAWT platform. The pipelines will be buried and connected to the risers using spool pieces. This development also includes 16” J-Tube steel casings for the umbilical.

During 20th -21th June, 2018, clients came to Changsha Branch, Xinyue Steel Group, we held pre-production meeting of 2 days, in order to make sure every step of production can be carried out smoothly.

The quality was strictly produced with the standard and was accepted clients assigned third party to make inspection from raw material to production and tests.in order to make sure the every step of quality during the production, it was witness the process of pipe procedure with chemical test , mechanical test , hydrostatic test and NDE test and so on.

The surface of pipeline is FBE and it used to offshore construction of fluid transmission. The third party make witness coating of inspection from sand bast, coating, finished pipe with FBE, packing and stock of pipe; We only focus on details to guarantee each product with best quality.
