Recently, our Mexico clinet place an order of dozens of ASTM A-27 Grade 70-40 2³ slag pot.Slag pot for Furnace is also called the casting ladle, the slag bucket (in Taiwan) , the slag ladle (in Europe). It is important container holding high temperature liquid steel slag in the process of steel-making, the main structure contain parts of tank, lug, supporting foot, tilting arm etc. The service life of our slag pot can up to 4000-6000 times.

This is a new challenge for XINYUE. After receiving the customer's inquiry, we found several reliable suppliers. After the factory provided the relevant qualification certificate and the shipping record, we chose the better qualified supplier’s price to the customer.Before placing the order, we sent our procurement to negotiate the price and delivery date with the factory. In the production process, we have sent quality inspectors to conduct production supervision. After the goods are good, we sent quality inspectors to the factory for acceptance. A single weight of 35.7 tons of casting product, this is a new attempt of XinYue Steel, the results proved very good.
