A client from New Zealand visited Xinyue Steel Group at 21st, May 2019. This is a new client who just ordered with us at the beginning of April for hollow section tubes, which established our cooperation for the first time. This order was performed in a very high efficiency, 10 days for price inquiry, confirming contract & transferred deposit and 25 days for production, shipment arrangement & documents release. This high efficiency is not for the order is simple to do, on the contrary, it’s really a tough nut to crack, which got 8 specifications with 50tons and required by starndard AS1163 C350L0 : 2016, high steel grade with complicated specifications and small quantity. Our high efficiency is from our competitive resource integration advantages, perfect order system and procedures, production department support and cooperation, active and effective communication and also the trust & cooperation from client.

The client is aiming to investigate our manufacturing standardization & Group management system, hoping to develop us as their long term partner during this visit. Another purpose is to make a preliminary factory audit for the piling project we’re tendering at present.

During visit on the production line, clients focused on feed material & pipe’s traceability, welding quality on the line, RT test processing & test result etc. Our welding quality, quality controlling system are fully affirmed by the client, who also give us some good suggestions which will absolutely accepted & improved.

The customer said end user’s engineer & the designated TPI will come for the formal & final factory audit again at June. Xinyue Steel Group will strictly implement and control the quality, also will keep improving ourselves to laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in the later period.
