We received an inquiry from a Korean customer. At that time, the customer's request was very complicated and the inquiry content lacked much information. After receiving the inquiry, we immediately got in touch with the customer and clarified the points that the customer focused on. After figure it out by phone that our customer is very strict about the painting job. Based on that we provided a detail solution for customer soon.
At the same time, we also provided records of the 2018 letter to the Korean market and shipment records to South Korea. The customer was very satisfied with the receipt of our program and the information provided, and promised to sign a formal contract with Xinyue in China before our Chinese new year. After a month of waiting, the customer delayed the ordering time for several times. At first we thought that the customer gave the order to others. Later, after repeated communicating, the customer finally said the real reason - they are waiting for the government's audit results. Finally, in the week before the New Year, the customer sent us a formal contract.
I believe that as long as we do our best to serve our best, and always adhere to the "integrity-based, customer first, high quality and efficient" concept, and combined with our strategy of going global - on-site visit, the whole world will be our market.
