In May 2018, Xinyue marketing department visited the Russian market. Because most of Russian customers are in Russian as the business language, English only accounts for a small part. At the beginning of Xinyue's entry into the Russian market, language has become the main obstacle of communication. Along the way, Xinyue has never been afraid of difficulties. Through the communication and leadership of one of the customer, Xinyue marketing department visited more and more new company, and the customers affirmed our face to face visit mode, and hoped to have more opportunities to cooperate in the future.

This order customer is a large-scale local inventory dealer in Russia. After the first vsiting, the customer is full of confidence in the future cooperation with Xinyue and tells us that they have been purchasing from China for decades and have participated in hundreds of oil and gas pipeline projects in Russia, Uzbekistan and other countries. They need suppliers like Xinyue support them to do more large projects.

The customer sent an inquiry within 1 month after the visiting, and specially sent a representative to visit Xinyue office. From Xinyue's document qualification to the factory's production capacity, customers are very satisfied after discussion, they placed a small order to Xinyue started our cooperation in the same month to express their sincerity.

So far, the customer has placed nearly 20 orders since the first order, and almost every month has regular order to Xinyue. The number of products sold by this customer ranges from one specification to more than 200 specifications, The number of single orders ranges from dozens to more than 8000. No matter how complex the product is, customers always believe that Xinyue can help them complete every order. At the same time, Xinyue also do our best to the expectations of customers. On the premise of quality and quantity, we completed every order for customer on time.
